		<description>The only point for which I am not really convinced is the benefit of a vegetarian diet. Is there really evidence that vegetarian diet + exercise is healthier than full diet (including small amounts of meat and fish) + exercise? Our teeth and digestive systems are made to be able to eat meat, but perhaps that's only because it gives an advantage in the case there is nothing else to eat?</description>
