I fully support that EVERYONE on this planet should be able to understand one common language, in addition to whatever native language that person happens to be born into. When MS introduced Vista I toyed with writing an industrial automation application on this "new and exciting" XP update. One of our older Servers runs MS Exchange Server 5.5, which is ancient, but very reliable.  A while back users started to complain that their e-mails were returned as undeliverable.
